Our licensed Caregiver Services allow clients and their families to receive the assistance they need to support or maintain independence at home.

• Transportation, Errand Running, Shopping
• Accompaniment to Appointments & Events
• Observation / Supervision for Safety
• Companionship
• Alzheimer's & Dementia Support
• Pet Care & Assistance
• End-of-Life / Hospice / Palliative Support 

 Caregiver Services can be arranged hourly, up to 24-hours each day, or with live-in caregiver services.  Unison Home Care provides services on a private-pay basis.  We accept major credit cards, checks, and ACH auto-pay for your convenience.  Long-term care insurance policies and Workers' Compensation may cover home care costs in select situations.  We can also work with trust funds for eligible clients and can arrange direct payment with a Power of Attorney, guardian, or conservator when needed.
